2 Days Pamukkale and Ephesus Tour

Hierapolis: Founded in the 3rd century BCE in Phrygia, Hierapolis flourished under Roman rule, featuring a stadium, large theater, and extensive necropolis. The theater and stadium hosted entertainment and athletic events, while the necropolis was known for its ornate tombs. Despite its decline in the 7th century CE, the rediscovered ruins now offer a glimpse into its past as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Pamukkale: Known as “cotton castle” for its white terraced pools formed by thermal waters rich in calcium carbonate. This natural wonder and UNESCO site invites visitors to explore its thermal pools and stunning terraces, with measures in place to protect its unique geological formations.

Ephesus: An ancient Ionian Greek city that became a major Roman metropolis, famous for its well-preserved architecture and as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Highlights include the Terrace Houses, Great Theatre, Library of Celsus, and the ruins of the Temple of Artemis. Ephesus was a key commercial, religious, and cultural center, connecting with other historical cities through trade routes.

This two-day tour encompasses the archaeological wonders of Hierapolis and Ephesus, combined with the natural beauty of Pamukkale, offering a journey through ancient civilizations, stunning landscapes, and remarkable historical insights.
